1. How do I
place my order and get you the pictures for the items that
I have ordered?
Click on the item that you want to order and then add it to
your shopping cart. When you are finished with your order
and check out, you will be instructed to email your picture(s)
to us identifying which picture goes with which item.
2. Can I mail my order to you?
Yes click here to print an order
form. Complete the order form and mail a check/money order
or complete the credit card information and mail it along
with your picture(s). The picture only needs to be as big
as a standard snap shot. Your original picture will be returned
to you.
3. Can I use artwork or other images/copy
other than a picture for my photo items?
Yes you can. If the item is copyrighted you must obtain
a release from the owner of the copyright.
4. Do you offer special discounted pricing
for larger orders?

5. What type of file can I send you?
You can email us a jpg, eps, pdf, or tiff file. If you scan
your picture please do it at 300 dpi. If your picture was
taken with a digital camera the resolution should be fine
for any of our photo products. We will check all images
before making your product to insure that the quality is
good.
6. How long does it take for my order
to be shipped?
In most cases your order will ship no more than 3 days from
the time we receive the order. If for any reason it will
take a little longer we will advise you. Please allow 4-5
days for shipping.
7. Do you do rush orders?
While we treat every order as a rush order and ship it as
quickly as possible, if you have a specific date you must
have your order by please contact us and we will make every
effort to accommodate your request. You may choose to have
your order shipped via two-day or next –day shipping
for which there is an additional charge. You will have this
option when you check-out and place your order.
8. Can I use more then one picture on
an item (collage)?
Yes you can. You can either create the collage yourself
or just email us the pictures and we will create the collage
for you. A $25.00 set-up fee will apply in addition to the
cost of the item.
9. Can I add a text message to my puzzle
or other photo items?
Yes you can. Just put in the special instructions what you
want to say and indicate if you have a preference of what
font you want us to use and what color you want the font
to be.
10. I want to make a special custom item,
but cannot do the artwork myself, do you offer this service?
Yes we can create your artwork layout for you. There is
a charge for this service, please contact us for a quote.
